    This well-kept cozy terraced house from the year 1926, combines old building charm with modern living comfort after it was completely renovated in 2018. The south orientation provides a lot of brightness in the house, especially in the living and dining area on the ground floor.
    From the open-plan ground floor, a beautiful wooden staircase leads to the first floor with two rooms of approximately the same size, a smaller room and a daylight shower room. The attic, which was converted in 2018, is ideal as a master bedroom and has an open bathroom and a very spacious built-in wardrobe.

    Below only the most important renovations are listed that were carried out during the complete renovation of the house.

    The house is quietly located in a purely residential area in the immediate vicinity of Pfrontener Platz with its large, newly designed playgrounds. The Westpark can be reached in a few minutes on foot via a pedestrian bridge.
    Shopping facilities and daycare centers are available in the area as well as various bus and tram connections. The tram station of line 18 is only a few minutes’ walk away. By tram you can reach Munich city center and the main station in about 20 minutes, from there again via S-Bahn or express bus in about 45 minutes to Munich Airport. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn station Westendstraße is about 15 minutes? walk away and also has direct connections to the city center and the main train station.
    The city centre can also be reached by bike in just under 20 minutes, all along park and bicycle paths.
    The motorways to the south and west of Munich can be reached by car in five minutes.
