    The villa constructed in 1878 in the style of historicism by a well-known architect from Berlin was partially renovated in 1915 and 1990. At this time a big pond just south of the villa had still adorned this estate located in the ”Iserlohner Heide?.
    The lordly villa was once more costly and completely refurbished for more than 3 years between June 2006 and August 2009. There was great emphasis on performing the restoration works high-end and with precision to detail without monetary constraints. Thereby the villa was divided into four separate apartments with an area of between 40m² and 200m² each of them displaying an individual charm.     The lordly villa is situated on the outskirts of the city Iserlohn, which inhabits more than 100,000 people and is located in the eastern part of the Ruhr area at the edge of the Sauerland. The Baarstraße is a moderately used street leading through the town of Iserlohn and hence representing a good traffic connection. The immediate environment is characterized by properties similar in architecture, size and utilization. The infrastructure is optimal. All shopping facilities, administration offices and agencies as well as doctors are within a reach of about 10 minutes (to the pedestrian zone) by foot. A nearby recreational area featuring attractive opportunities for hiking, skating and jogging is likewise reachable within 10 to 15 minutes. A school complex with various sports grounds is only a five minute walk away. Altogether there are very good transport connections available. The feeder road A46 allows you to reach the A45 within five minutes by car and thus the way to Frankfurt and Munich. Another five minutes will get you to the traffic junction of the A1 either to the north (to Bremen/Hamburg and via A2 to Hannover?) or the south (to Cologne, Wiesbaden/Stuttgart?). However, if you decide to stay on the A45 you will get to the A2 going west or to Berlin. The transport connections are excellent, since the Baarstraße, which leads through town, leads to the next motorway access of the A46 only 2 km away. This highlights the location of the town villa once more, as the center of the Ruhr area can be reached quite quickly.
